One Heart Clinic

One Heart Clinic is a world-class cardiology clinic based on the famous Harley Street, London. With on-site cardiac CT and open cardiac MRI scanners, the clinic provides full advanced imaging to its patients. They pride themselves on offering a comprehensive and contemporary approach to diagnosing and treating patients’ cardiovascular conditions.

Website design

We created a new, dynamic and user-friendly website that was completely adaptable to their fast-changing needs and met almost every measure of web accessibility. The re-design made the site as user-friendly as possible and we even integrated a HeyDoc booking system which allowed One Heart Clinic to manage their schedule with ease.

Pay-per-click advertising

Using our unique healthcare insight we helped One Heart Clinic to drive more patient enquiries from their Google Ad spend.

Knowing that most cardiology patients aren’t usually aware of the treatments they require to alleviate their symptoms, we focused more budget around symptom and condition related search phrases such as “chest pain” and “heart palpitations” to target patients earlier on in their healthcare journey. We created bespoke landing pages to showcase their clinical expertise in these areas and increase Google Ad quality score, resulting in a sharp rise in enquiries, which we optimised over time to reduce the cost per enquiry (CPA) down to as little as £29.

Social media marketing

Like many clinics we work with, One Heart Clinic’s social media presence had been limited to the occasional post with little evidence of any tangible results. Following a successful Google Ad campaign, One Heart Clinic asked Medico to support their social media efforts, focusing specifically on Facebook advertising.

We happily took on the challenge, undertaking a series of lead generation campaigns to put the brand in front of groups of potential self-paying patients who may not have been actively seeking cardiovascular services through search. We created patient personas to target custom audiences of potential patients, including high-income postcode areas of London, high-stress city professions and their friends and family ‘influencers’.

Our targeting hit the mark, increasing overall Facebook reach by 477%, which drove new qualified traffic to the website and contributed to the 41% increase in YoY patient enquiries experienced by the clinic.
