Senior Account Manager

Carrie-Anne Shaw

I’m passionate about making healthcare more accessible and creating meaningful connections with clients. With over eight years of experience in digital marketing on both the client and agency side, I thrive on solving challenges and building strong relationships to ensure our work delivers real impact.

The most inspiring campaign I’ve worked on

The campaigns that resonate most with me are those that go beyond profit. One of the most inspiring projects I’ve worked on recently aimed to support pregnant women suffering from pregnancy sickness, with a focus on marginalised communities. Research shows these women are the most likely to suffer in silence, and raising awareness about the support available has been incredibly motivating. Knowing our work helps to reduce suffering and improve understanding of this condition makes me proud to be part of such important initiatives.

What excites me about my role

I love the variety my role offers—no two days are the same. Working with enthusiastic and knowledgeable colleagues and clients is a constant source of inspiration. Whether we’re tackling challenges together or brainstorming innovative strategies, the collaboration in this field makes our work truly rewarding. Knowing that our shared ideas help connect people to better healthcare is what makes my role so exciting.

Why I’m passionate about healthcare

“It is health that is real wealth and not pieces of gold and silver.” – Mahatma Gandhi Healthcare is a universal need, and I believe everyone deserves access to the care and support they need. Raising awareness of the options available is something I’m deeply passionate about because it empowers people to make informed choices about their wellbeing. Helping connect individuals to better healthcare is incredibly rewarding and drives me every day.

Outside of work

When I’m not creating long-lasting client relationships, you’ll find me running through leafy Cheshire or baking elaborate cakes for my daughter’s birthdays. I also speak Spanish and German, which comes in handy on family trips and multilingual projects.
